How do I wash my Equipoise?

Equipoise Endurance and Sport Pad Washing Instructions

Front side: Wipe your saddle pad with a damp cloth to remove surface dust build-up.
Add a nominal amount of Vinyl cleaner and use a soft brush to clean the front side of your numnah. This is fine for use on your base and rubber top line.
Leather care – the product provided is a leather cleaner, nourisher and polisher.
Use a nominal amount of your Merino handheld polisher (in its packaging) and let the cleaner sit for a few minutes.
In firm and even motions, polish your leather edgings.
On the underside of the numnah use the silicone brush provided to remove access hair on the bottom of your numnah. If needed, take a damp cloth and wipe down your wool and the inside of your base.
Regularly performing the above regime will keep your numnah well managed.
Should it be needed, repeat the instructions above.
You can hand wash this product with plain washing powder, but please note that it will affect the aesthetics of your leather.
Use your leather polisher and nourisher after this process.
Do not hang the numnah to dry; place it on a flat drying rack or table.
Leave to dry.
These products should not be ingested.

This product is partly made of 100% full-grain leather and 100% pure merino wool.

The manufacturer’s washing instructions need to be strictly followed.

Use a nominal amount on your Merino handheld polisher (in your packaging) and let the cleaner sit for a few minutes.
In firm and even motions, polish your leather.
Use the silicone brush provided to remove access hair on the underside of your numnah. If needed, take a damp cloth and wipe down your wool and the inside of your base.
Note that your wool is purest and is well sealed with natural lanolin, so it will not absorb too much dirt.
Regularly performing the above regime will keep your numnah well managed.
Should it be needed, repeat the instructions above.
Leave to dry.
This product should not be ingested.
Keep out of reach of children.
We have applied a leather sealant to your numnah, which prevents dirt residue.
It is recommended that you acquire a leather sealant.
